GHG Target Management System
The Target Management System is a nation policy aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Under this system, relevant agencies designate companies or business sites with annual emissions exceeding a certain threshold as "regulated entities" and assign specific reduction targets to them. These entities are managed to ensure that their emissions remain within the designated target range, so that the system can contribute to the country's overall greenhouse gas reduction goals.
